This section of the SWAN Permanency Toolkit will include information on the Pennsylvania State Resource Family Association, PSRFA. Historical background information is included about the association’s beginnings as well as a description of its role in supporting, educating and advocating for resource families and foster and adoptive children in Pennsylvania.
The section includes links to PSRFA’s website and The PSRFA Resource Parent Manual, which contains information about existing Pennsylvania foster care laws and regulations.
PSRFA is committed to improving the lives of all Pennsylvania resource families and the children they serve. PSRFA recognizes the need to improve the public’s perception of foster children and the families who serve them.
