OverviewAct 126 of 2006 requires county children and youth agencies to maintain an annual photographic record of all children of whom they have dependency. This photographic record must be transferred along with the county record if the foster or resource family moves. The act also requires county children and youth agencies to immediately begin an investigation when a report is made alleging child abuse or neglect.
